Kembo Walker, University of Connecticut to enter the NBA Draft

Storrs, says the Conn.Connecticut Kemba Walker, the school's decision, your name and number helped decide on the wall of his indoor basketball set it was time to leave for the NBA.

Walker announced Tuesday he will draft into force in June, he said, he has not hired an agent, but was talking to them.
The 6-foot-1, the Huskies led to a 32-9 record, including a trail 11-0 in the playoffs, which ended with a national championship. Walker should be a first round pick and perhaps the second choice behind Duke guard Kyrie Irving.
Walker said he was motivated by the criticism that is too short and not be able to see NBA players.
I hope to go to the NBA and once again prove all the doubters, as I have done my whole life,  he said.
Walker on average 23.5 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.5 assists in his junior season. He scored a team record of 965 points, which represents 45 percent of the Huskies' offense.
Walker thanked coach Jim Calhoun on Tuesday  to become a man.  Calhoun had been advised to leave Walker.
Walker came into the season averaging nearly 12 points, but has quickly established itself as the undisputed leader of the team and scored 31 points, 30 and 29 of the Huskies' power under the Maui Invitational in November.
Scored 30 points or more 11 times during the season, and 20 or more points 27 times, won the award as the nation's top young Bob Cousy punishment.
Last week, Walker 14th Players in Connecticut to his name and the number of posts in the  Huskies of Honor  are off the wall in Gampel Pavilion - the first to receive the honor, so that there are still at school. The honor will be to get all the Huskies to ask permission if they want to take their Walker No. 15.
Walker was on his way to graduate later this summer and said its financial statements remains a priority, but it can happen so quickly.
I take what time they need to graduate,  he said.
Walker is the Connecticut Player 13 to the early withdrawal of the school. Hasheem Thabeet center was the last in 2009.
Walker finished his career seventh on the list score points in 1783 schools in 111 games.
His departure means the return of Connecticut four inputs and nine domestic players on the team next season to season. The Huskies also another point guard Ryan Boatright, a rookie first-class in Illinois.
Calhoun said that no matter what they do next season, Walker will miss the Huskies as a player and a leader.
I am beginning to miss now, in reality,  said Calhoun.  We will probably start crying just feel at home.
